Like before, experience with oyo property was just patetic. The room which was given to us was very small, lots of dust very where. The linens where very dirty, looking like non of the linens were not change. Its is my very bad experience. I would not recommend this property and any oyo property to any one. Moreover they charged us extra amount for early check in, its okay as they charged, but the room rate was over priced. Very very dirty property.

I am writing with utmost frustration and anger regarding the shockingly inadequate service provided by your OYO property in Gaya, Bihar. The misleading information, fraudulent photographs, and deceitful pricing showcased by your establishment are nothing short of a scam. I booked a room for my grieving parents who were attending a family funeral in Gaya, trusting OYO to provide a comforting and reliable stay. They were in a vulnerable state, and I expected OYO, a brand I had previously esteemed, to ease their burden. Instead, your incompetence and deceit have only intensified their distress. Despite being a loyal customer who has even experienced your service overseas in Las Vegas, this recent ordeal has completely shattered my faith in OYO. Here are the severe issues we encountered: False Room Assignment: We reserved a classic triple room for three adults, but to our shock, were presented with a room containing only two single beds. It is beyond comprehension how three grieving adults are expected to fit into such inadequate accommodation, especially for a six-day stay. Blatant Refusal of Service: When we requested a room change or simply an additional bed, the receptionists not only denied our request but did so with dismissive and callous disregard for our circumstances. Power Outages: To add insult to injury, we endured daily electricity outages lasting 2-3 hours, with so-called alternative power solutions being mere fabrications on your website. This appalling service leads me to believe that the glowing reviews on Google are fabricated. The names and comments in these reviews are suspiciously generic, indicating they are likely manipulated by your marketing team.

Worst experience ever. Rooms, Bedsheets are dirty. No sanitization, geysers are not working. Not sure how come, despite having tie up's with OYO, such things are happening very dissatisfied and disappointed with hotel and OYO specifically. Took so much amount with no services at all.. Not even worth of single star... Now will think twice before choosing OYO hotels. Had a real terrible experience, hotel is not even worth a penny..

We arrived at around 10:45 and checked in, but the buffet was closed and there was no food. Nevertheless, the hotel's owner personally came, took our orders, and prepared meals for the seven of us. The food was delicious. Despite being old, this hotel was taken by these people. They're doing everything they can to help. Please provide them your support.

The rooms were super dirty and the building is very old. The walls are already in cracking condition, despite all this they are charging a huge amount for the type of room they are offering. I had a very bad experience and I'll recommend the hotel to please maintain the hygiene and provide Better service.

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen. Very bad service, AC not working, for three persons booking they only give 2 single bed, even no matress.
