OYO 2830 Lall Ji Tourist Resort

STAY AWAY!!!!STAY AWAY!!! From this place and save yourself a lot of misery and money!!! PLEASE be aware of these guys way of taking foreigners for as much as they can. These guys are crooks, charging another 5900 rupees at time of check out for our child, when clearly states on website kids 6 and under are free. TV did not Work. Turned on lights in bathroom and roaches scattered. Had Ended up paying 24,000 rupees for 1 night 2 rooms. Charges kept mounting until we decided to take stand and then they told their guy to block in our car so we could not leave. The manager and front desk guy talk politely, but if you question them on anything that becomes irrational and border line violent. UPDATE,,,,it's almost 2025 and trump is prez of US again, but some things /peoples never change in this world such as this place!!! (((((RUN AWAY))))) from this place and these people!!!!

I stayed in this hotel for 3days and 3 nights. The star is very polite and helpful and the ambience of the hotel is also very good. The rooms have nice and spacious balcony with great view. I have visited this hotel from 10-13 November so there's no snowfall yet... Although the annual starts from November end... The hotel have bonfire, dj, theatre too. The food is above average but doesn't have much variety the location is almost 1.5km away from the market but if you like to walk in greenery.. The distance would be a treat for you one minor con I have is that in my room the switches were to tight for any charger etc to fit in... That's it. They also have carrom and chess..It think I should've given it 4 star :)

The New renovated Luxury Rooms were very good and the service was also very good. I had a stay for 3 nights and I was provided with all th promised facilities. The DJ played was also very good I enjoyed this memorable trip to Lall Ji Tourist Resort

The rooms were nice and the food was as per our choice. Since the number of guests was less,it was ala-carte and was prepared as per our requests. The rooms offered good view of the valley and the staff was very helpful.

It was a really pathetic experience with this hotel, the hotel staff particularly manager is arrogant and non accommodative. When it was raining there was no light in the room. When I went to reception to ask if there is any back up, no one was there to attend. In the night, manager was not on reception. The guard was sleeping on a khaat near reception. I Asked if there is any backup, he arrogantly said no. The electrical switches were not working even if there was electricity. The wi fi speed was also pathetic Even the kitchen staff is so arrogant. My brother was not carrying his specs and asked the waiter to speak what he has for lunch. The answer he got was. Menu me sab Likha hai sir, ap to padhe likhe lagte Hain, khud hi bata dijiye Normal check out time mentioned on reception is 12 30, the waiter came at 11 30 asking my wife to checkout as other guest is waiting. Really frustrated with the experience. Had there been a zero or negative rating....I would have assigned that to this hotel

Great location, loads of greenery, good food, good service. Though it was annoying to find repair work going on during our stay, the lovely rooms and food made up for it. The cook and the waiters put extra effort to serve us good quality food. A pleasant experience.

It was raining when we reached Dalhousie. i tried calling the reception to get the exact location of the resort ( i dunno why they named it resort. , its actually a dungeon) and nobody answered. Very bad rooms. the false ceiling was falling off. the TV was not recharged. NO HOT WATER. it was snowing and there was no running hot water. after pleading the receptionist they got us a bucket of hot water, a filthy bucket. They claim that they have wifi, yes, just the wifi router without internet connection. it was our last couple of days of our honeymoon and they spoiled it . it was worse. The so called "complimentary" breakfast had cold food. tea/coffee was served cold. We had paid Rs. 3600 per day. The staff were rude. Called up the owner to complain and he was rude and was very defensive. The toilets were not clean.. the room service were of no use. they just mopped with a dirty mop and it was stinking more after that. The restaurant was wet, rain water seeped through the windows. and no one to take care of it.

Lalji resort in dalhosie is a good hotel with reasonable rates.it has parking,inbuilt restaurant, and a disco type system on top floor.from top floor stairs go to the road which leads u to the market.on top floor there is arrangement for dining also.overall a good experience.rooms are good but cleanliness can be improved.
