Good rooms but bad room service

I got a chance to stay in this hotel a couple of months back with my family. I selected this hotel on the basis on reviews available on tripadvisor. This hotel is not worth staying for the price it charges. Nothing about this hotel is worth mentioning. It has extremely dirty rooms full of cobwebs and cocroaches.The geyser was switched off from the mains but without verifying the same we were told that there was a fault and that it would be rectified once an electrician becomes available in 2-3 days time!!!MInd you we were staying in a room for which the tariff was 2000/- per day.I fail to understand what are they charging so much for??||The hotel must have been very grand when started but on account of no or minimum maintenance has become a dustbin.To top it all you have an arrogant manager who while interacting makes you feel that he is doing you a favour by offering you a room in the hotel.||My simple piece of advice to fellow travellers - AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST.I guess staying in Rajgir or Nalanda makes more sense.

Big Rooms If you take a big one. But there is no handwash/soap in the bathroom. Service was also good.

Its an old property. The proximity to Ramchandrapur bus stand in Bihar Sharif is the only positive side it has. Otherwise rooms are not up to date and the hotel is also so so with not that good food to serve.

One of the best restaurant and hotel in the BiharSharif. One must go for it because it's too comfortable and handy because of its location and the type of service they provide. It's one of the above mid range hotel in BiharSharif . The people who visits at Bihar Sharif must take a look if they relay to stay in that town. Actually it's located in front of Bus stand. Therefore the people who wish to visit there must keep the time in advance because of the gathering at that location. Finally I should recommend this hotel.

Don't go there. Very dirty rooms and washroom Further, staff are rude and behave badly. They also charged room rent as per their own wishes.

I was posted in the city and could not get time to settle down so booked a room in the hotel as it is conveniently located and a old hotel so earned its name and got recommendations from office too ||The room are below average and are priced accordingly, so good for long stays. Staffs are little rude by body language but are helpful.

All the traveler's if you are in bihar sharif then mast vesit the hotel Ajanta. It was the best hotel in bihar sharif. The lighting conditions are very good and the manager and staff behave are friendly. So mast come to the hotel Ajanta.
