Decoration - good Food catering - horrible. one of the worst experiences. Hotel management -poor. They took no collective responsibility for bad service and kept blaming different departments. When i complained to the manger at the end of the program about services. he was too arrogant to be appologitic instead proudly said he will remove the carter for next program. Dear manger i would like to tell you " We would never want to attend any program at your hotel ever again".

If possible i will give 0 stars. The lift service is worst. Ac not working at all, Powercut, the service is totally waste will never recommend anyone to go there.
Feel very comfortable. Rooms are very clean. AC working very well. Support staffs are very polite.
