Hotel O Bhagwanpur Chowk Muzaffarpur

Confirmed booking, prepaid to avoid inconvenience, they confirmed arrival time on call yet denied checking on arrival at scheduled time saying the room got full because many people came earlier. Oyo Support shifted me to another hotel serviced by the same company but it was not convenient for my purpose of travel. Stupid service definitely I will say and definitely not recommend. I wonder how they are 5 satr in the app lol, looks suspicious. Last thing, this was expected to be my second stay at this hotel.

I AM GIVING 1 STAR BEACUSE CANT GIVE RATING IN NEGETIVE . HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE ANY PARKING OR FOOD FACILITY , ROOM CONDITIONS ARE NOT GOOD OR NOT AS SEEN IN PICTURE . THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS SHOWN HARE IS FAKE I THINK OR TAKEN BY HOTEL MANAGER FROM CLIENTS PHONE (He askes repetedly to give 5 star) ALLOVER ITS JUST A "HOURLY OYO" NOTHING BETTER THEN THAT ,,,, KOLKATA THEKE JARA BIKE A RIDE KORCHIS EKDOM THAKBINA EKHANE MOHA FALTU ........

Very good facilities.. And staff manger is always be polite... And behavior is very good. Specially sanjeet sir staaf is very gud and polite pers... In this hotel very gud facilities
