Never go to this hotel with your family They are doing another business behind the oyo like give rooms to school boy or girls for 1 or 2 hours And they think tha you are also visit the hotel for the same thing like school boys or girls If you booked the hotel from oyo the charged lots of extra money or denied to check-in Even the external door lock of the room is not working Ratings: Checkin-2/10 Service -5/10 Rooms-1/10 Staff behaviour-0/10 Privacy -0/10

Hotel staff behaviour is very rude. OYO executive tell me that you can check in 10 am . But when i arrived hotel he said you will check in 12 pm otherwise you will pay extra 500Rs for two hours. Its very difficult to face this when you already arrived hotel.

**Disappointing Experience at Oyo Hotel Eleven** I had a pre-booked room at Oyo Hotel Eleven, but my experience was utterly disappointing. The staff was uncooperative, pathetic, and unprofessional. Despite having a confirmed booking, they allotted our room to someone else at a higher rate and denied giving us a room. When I asked for a refund, their response was shocking - "Jo krna hai krlo, yaha aapka koi room nhi hai" (Do whatever you want, you don't have a room here). This attitude was unacceptable. I would not recommend Oyo Hotel Eleven to anyone. Their lack of customer service and unprofessional behavior is appalling. It's better to avoid this hotel and look for other options. Rating: 1/5 (and that's being generous) Would I stay here again? No Would I recommend this hotel to others? No

Behavior was not good and also room condition not good and there was not water coming on null, very poor condition. they don't know how to talk with customer and room management. I would like to request you kindly cancel the oyo partnership with this hotel and find another one.
