Hotel Stone Park

I stayed at this hotel, but the staff's behavior was very disappointing. They were unprofessional and rude to guests. I politely asked for assistance, but they were unhelpful. Good service is a key part of any hotel, but here it was very unsatisfactory. The hotel management should train their staff better to treat customers properly.

We had arrange family wedding here . Everything was good and according our expectation . Very good place to stay .

Behavior of the staffs is too bad. Third class mindset. Donot allow you to bring food from outside, not even icecream. Even after taking hefty amount for one day they were looking for small details to extract money. Even staffs were asking extra money for there services. Inka apna koi iman nahi hai. Bs paise chahiye. I Do not want anyone to experience these situations.

Good experience, got room at 5am, means you can get room whenever you require. Location very close to station, so you don't have to worry. Deluxe rooms have complementary free breakfast. Good service. Overall liked it.
