The morning staff is very bad in nature, very very rude, I want to say with the hotel owner pls replace it with other new man who tackle with customer with polity way. I request to again to customer pls don't go with it Aaj morning me 13/06/2024, 5:45 me bahut rudely bat krta h mujhe 15 min bathaya aur room dusra ko de Diya, Aao cctv hoga to dekh skte h

1. Quality very Poor 2.cleaning - Too much dust ,and No Cleaning By Staff 3.As Per Quality of the Room -Price of 2500 or 3000 was very high ( Hotel Room Price as Per my point of view - 500 rupees for per Day that's it. 4. No Food Facilities ,you have to make it by Ur own 5.Only Plus point -Near By Bhagalpur railway Station

Too much bad experience.. Rudely behave with customer.. Online book is being cancelled at time of check in.. Heavy charges were imposed.. during checkout.. Rooms, bed and bathroom were too much dirty.. Not ready to any help... So, I suggest you to not book this hotel...

Very dirty room and bathroom, blanket are too dirty to touch, no lights in the bathroom, fan is noisy,

It's like LOOT if you are booking for a single person room it's like POD system where there is only place for beding nothing else.not worth a penny old furniture and bathrooms are not well maintained.

Dirty room, there is everywhere ants and room service is also worst. If you have any option then don't go there
