Service - Very poor, left facility not available, dengerous for child, staff very slow,

Worst services by receptionist, rude behaviour, poor customer service skill. As I booked breakfast and asked for earlier breakfast denied with very rude behaviour. ..as well as no compliment water and charges are so high ... I wouldn't suggest this hotel for booking. Bad Service and atticates.poor service

The services here are very bad. The water tap and basin of the bathroom of the party hall are in bad condition. The door locks of the bathroom inside the room are also not proper. The employees are not experienced in this. Response time is also very bad.

I went to this hotel for an engagement ceremony. Rooms were good. Arrangements in the engagement were okay but what actually bummed me was the quality of food. Food was bad. And it destroyed the whole experience.

The hotel is well managed and also neat and clean, elevator is also available,staff are supportive and very polite,room service is just wow,and the hotel is situated in a very good location,hotel offers you a food service also,also you can book it for family function.Overall good experience.

My experience at Hotel Galaxy 16 in Bhagalpur for the Birthday event was very disappointing. The unprofessional behavior of the hotel manager and the overall poor services were notable drawbacks. To make matters worse, several items promised in the menu, including the soup, were not provided. I recommend potential customers to explore other available options for a more satisfying dining experience.
