Hotel Ambiance offers guests a pleasant stay with welcoming room ambiance and spacious accommodations. The bed was very comfortable, making it a good option for the budget. It is worth mentioning that the service at the hotel can be slow, and on-site car parking facilities were not provided to us.

The service is very poor like even the waiters were not listening to us it is a shame to say that we have rated this hotel 1 star for a reason . I just wanted to say that in every hotel first the waiters are very kind , they always gives us water and menue and treats us very good . I hope you understand our issue and improve your service THANKYOU

Very bad room service, and also time taking reception , manpower was untrained. But room rent was too much costly. Hotel management need to improve the service and need to give training to the staff members. I was pay 3,500/- for room (one day) but hotel unable to provide dinner for the guest. And very disgusting that no one apologise for that . Bad experience

Utterly rude reception manager, lousy, pathetic staff, a small service delivery may take hours. Servers leave casseroles open in the restaurant for food to turn cold and drier. Room amenities, toilet towels are in short supply, they don't provide hand towels. Toilet plumbing and fittings are aging and breaking down. Rooms and toilets look filthy as if never cleaned. Room AC was glitchy, electrical fittings and lights malfunction. Room faint in bad shape due to seepage, room fittings are failing.

This hotel offers excellent accommodation. The rooms are neat and clean and the rooftop restaurant adds great value to the experience. Overall staying here is a pleasant stay.

If you're traveling with a baby and old age parents I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel. The room lighting is very dim, and there's no fan available--your only option for cooling is the air conditioner. Also make sure lift is working. We had very bad experience staying here for 1 night.

Good room and basic facilities ! check out is little hectic as receptionist had low empowerment !

I don't know about hotel stay but the restaurant kesariya worst possible time to spend there...man the quality of food was so low I don't recommend anybody to go there just for the sake of roof top ambiance it reminds me of restaynamed Aasman in Patna...Only place to eat nd stay in Bhagalpur till day is still RAJHANS hotel.. please go there don't waste your money here...my 3000 was a complete waste Every food is made in tomato gravy just because it's now 10 rupee per kg..omg there chicken kohlapuri yuk...and mutton dak bunglow would I don't have words to describe there quality just DON'T go there if you want to spend some quality time trust me guys still RAJHANS is the place
