I stayed for one night only and my room got changed two times as AC was not working. even requested to change my room from 9.30 but they changed my after mid night.

Drunk staff, kitchen is very dirtiest, unprofessional staffs, no parking, not-value to money, does illigal activities, serves wine, and offer many more things for extra benifit all are very bad experience with this hotel
Everything mentioned very well, room and services to.
What a worst hotel ever can one think, no any accountability not any service. Just waste of money and spoiling the whole mood. And do not go with any of the good review because that can be adulterated

Better than rest of the hotels in Bettiah. Bell boys will ALWAYS ask for a tip so as the waiters and people who work in the hotel even though they might have not served you anything
