One of the good place in Bettiah. It is a new property therefore, cleanliness is better. Service quality is average. Food quality is also average. But one cannot expect excellent hotel in town like Bettaih. It is on main road and connectivity is good. This hotel has accommodation in all range having both AC and non-ac rooms.

The location of the Hotel is very good. The ambiance is fine but the issues are with the dealing staffs. The personnels of the hotel are not professional. They feel that the prime location or reference are sufficient to attract customers. Their behaviour is rude and offensive. We ordered 20 cup of teas at around 6 o'clock evening and they served at around 8 o'clock. It took around 2 hrs to complete the order. We demanded mosquito repellent to prevent mosquitoes after getting our concern they initiated to purchase them from local market. They had no prior preparation properly. We demanded packed drinking water. They served duplicate drinking water resembling Bislery Brand for Rs. 20 per bottle. We returned the water and advised to bring Kinley Brand drinking water. After a little argument they arranged it from local market. The staffs are not promt to serve you quickly. They avert to carry baggaes to the hotel room or to the cab at their hotel. Their mentality is not suitable Hotel Industry. We are not in Monopoly stage in Hotel Industry. Lots of hotels are nearby places. Overall my experience & rating is worst for the hotel with these combination of staffs. The owner of the Hotel may be not aware of the facts about their staffs behaviour. Let's hope for best.

Hello everyone. I have visited this restaurant many times in last two years. Based on my experience I will divide my review into two parts pros and cons. Pros. 1. Staffs are very friendly and polite. 2. Food is also good specially dry chicken chili. 3. Good place for spending your private time. 4. You will feel peace there is no noise. Cons. 1. The restaurant is underground, so there will be network issue. 2. You will not get free water you need to purchase as other restaurants. Thanks.

For a small place like this, this hotel can be considered quite good. Charges may look a bit on the higher side. However, you won't be renting (booking) a room for more than a night, two at most.|Being a resident of Bettiah, I didn't get to live in this hotel. But got to enjoy the services during a meeting. A friendly meet of 4-5 people and a room was booked.|And the room was overdone. Colorful drapes on windows and a large sofa (plus a coffee table) alongside the bed occupied almost the entire room. The air conditioning was good though, chilling. |Room service was slow. (The staff said its because of rush in the restaurant). Lift worked depending on the electricity conditions.|As for food, it was good... Charges too were levelled.

Affordable hotel near the both public transport station that are railway station and bus station. All facilities are here like free parking,wifi etc. Service staff and manager behaviour is very good. I hope they continue their services like they are now. Thanks for our welcome hotel Kajal international and resturent.

It is situated at Bettiah , Bihar. Good budget hotel to stay. Rooms are spacious with modern amenities like WiFi, LED TV with cable connection. Staffs are friendly and food is also good with reasonable rate. Hotel management need to give more attention on cleanliness of toilet that I found a weak area in hotel industry of Bihar if one visit outside Patna.
