My family recently stayed in the hotel for a marriage function and the condition of the room was not upto the mark. After check in the room we found the thrash of the previous customer was still lying, bathrooms were not cleaned properly and there were frequent issues with the water supply. During the booking time they said that the breakfast was complimentary but when we checked out they charged for the breakfast as well and also to mention that time to time lift was found out of service.

This review is for Jolly Grand restaurant. Had Dosa, chicken chowmein. The food was tasty, and the service was good. Would highly recommend. I felt that the internal setup (ambience) needs a little improvement.
