JVW Arena Hotel Restaurant

The staff who was serving was polite and gentle. But the chef was such a blunder, I ordered Schezwan noddles but he gave the simple noddles instead of Schezwan noddles, which I ordered. The manager was so inappropriate, was not minding his own business, was staring constantly. I didn't like the "manager's" behaviour and his way. Their panner chilly is must try. They take so long to prepare the order which is annoying. The interior is pretty good. But I'm disappointed with the manager.

I had lunch here with friends. Tasty food, good ambience with reasonable prices. Can't comment on room as didn't stay but I feel that should also be nice looking at overall dining experience.

Good for business travellers like me. The room was very small. The hotel needs to be maintained clean on a daily basis. Like lift, lobby, staircase. A bit of mismanagement and delay in terms of restaurant and room service as I have noticed that staff are less. I will visit again.

It was a wonderful experience.. cooperative and humble staff...great service...must visit place...only concern part is location just because of temporary civil work outside hotel but can adjust to avail great hospitality

The food is very delicious and tasty. Also the service is so nice and the behavior of staffs is really very good and impressive.

Good room. It was a really good experience to stay at this hotel, It's location is great on the highway and have lot of parking place. Restaurant food is also very good.
