OYO Flagship Hotel Rameshwaram

It was the worst experience till date. Nowhere else extra money is charged for online booking but here it is charged and after calling the customer care the hotel staff refuses to give the room. After a lot of pleading, they gave me a small room with no bathroom since I had a double bedroom classic booking. Somehow I spent the day doing the exam. Someone else stayed in this hotel and the staff here used to do a lot of rough work. hey And there is a direct threat of where to go. MMT customer care also couldn't help except saying sorry and give future balance of Rs 400. MMT should also provide alternative room but they are leaving their door just by saying sorry. What a horrible experience I had with oyo flagship Rameshwaram hotel.

Hotel staff denied Oyo booking on arrival , saying that they don't have tie up with Oyo rooms anymore.
