Hotel Prakash

The manager at the reception is very rude and doesn't know the basic aspect of talking to customers. Though the guy claims to be working in the hotel industry for last 19 years he should learn to talk to people first. Not at all recommended. Please avoid the place.

Booked this hotel through Yatra by paying the complete charges.When I reached the hotel I was told that hotel doen't accept any online payment and I have to pay only by cash. After reaching to yatra I was asked to pay at hotel by cash and yatra will refund the paid charges and what hotel is asking for extra. The site was showing free WiFi which I could not find. There is no food available in the hotel. The rooms are terible. I have to switch from room to room to find any working AC which I couldn't find. Finally have to settle down without AC. The hotel is charging Rs. 1800.00 and isn't even worth for 500.

Very costly and the manager is so rude. Very frustrating experience and very bad room condition and the sofa and bed like hard as rock and room was full of dust . Terrible experience . If you want then choice is yours

Bad behaviour of the manager..and not neet and clean I have suggested to everyone don't choose this...

Good amenities but hot water not cmng directly into bathroom

Many of the ACs and Fans and Lights won't work locks wont work

Very clean rooms available here. Parking is also good
