Staff behaviour not accepting.... Same bedsheet and Pillow cover being used for long time without Washing

Manager acts like he is owner. Don't have basic etiquettes to talk to guests.

A bad service washroom is in the very worst condition. I told them to change room but they refused. How insensitive staff. I really don't like this hotel . I request please don't book a room here. I can't sit on combod because it's wet

Rate is high of food with cheap quality. Low amenities. Not a single bottle or tea is complimentary even you book rooms more than 2. Room service will not for midnight. If you want food at midnight, no one will serve you. Book at your own risk

May be according to place it is good, But one of the worst hotel, Worst food quality at least they should hire a average chef or cook, Worst service, worst room, mosquito are there, No Geasure, only one towel they will give

Standard Hotel in Banka town. Rooms are spacious. Well furnished. Food is standard but not much options available. Staff are helpful. Credit cards accepted. Clean stay here.

This hotel is way too level up for banka ...I don't think you can find any luxury hotel like this in banka..From service to managers ,food quality ,car parking everything is excellent,,

Had attended my friend 's wedding there. Service is not as per cost. Also it feels a little congested.
