OYO 30414 Hotel Us Residency

It's a very beautiful and good n large hotel in our area it is located in Aurangabad Bihar in main area just attach mall u have shopping many more in our area

I called the hotel to inquire about room booking, but after the reception staff answered the call, they put me on hold for 20-25 minutes without providing any answer. This was a very strange behavior and absolutely unacceptable. I am very disappointed. They ignore guests, and their staff seems to have significant language difficulties, as they did not understand what I was saying. I don't think they even comprehended my queries. If the experience before booking a room is this poor, I can only imagine how the room service might be. It was very unprofessional behavior, its very bad.

Hotel US Residency is situated at very useful points of this City.

The hotel is good but they loot people it's price is 1000 lesser than in real price if you're thinking to book then boot it online

Not good for examinee...charge more money ( 5000 for 2 days) than usual ...even cut the services ..like breakfast, tea Staffs r all good...but the behaves of receptionist r poor.....
