The food quality was very poor -- it lacked both taste and freshness. Even more concerning was the hygiene, which clearly needs serious attention. Cleanliness in the dining area and rooms did not meet basic expectations.

Very nice hotel, rooms are big with all other facilities, service is very good staffs are very polite and cooperative. Overall very much satisfied.

The hotel was really good and very good service and cleanliness

We celebrated our niece Birthday here . They took care of decoration and food. Overall experience was good but they can improve on their service level and communication of delay in availablity or change of venue proactively instead of customer knowing it at last moment. We have visited their restaurant several times and both food and service was excellent. I think they can improve their event management side. I will recommend it for small to medium function.
