We organise an engagement ceremony but they couldn't not managed even 100 people well.Worst hotel and it's service is very poor& once you paid advance Manager behaviour changes extremely bad. Commitment and service is exactly opposite here

We hosted our grand daughter's wedding at this place. The service is worst. No housekeeping staff. The snakes and food was stale. Leftover food from last event was served to our guests and the supervisor was ill mannered. He was arguing with the guests in disagreement in spite of all guests convinced about bad quality of food. No ventilation in the venue. No ACs. We regretted booking the hotel and don't recommend it to anyone.
The managment and the quality of food served was very nice. Interior is also good.
The food and chai was amazing with good variety options.

The staff were really nice the food was average so I didn't give a five star but my favorite food had to be the chicken do pyaza if you go pls try this it's the best

Like this comment for Arrah update: Follow me Google traveller , good place , average food , price is little higher , i strongly recommend to visit once and i also request hotel manager not use red mirch powder in food instead use green chilli , huge oil in food but tasty ,tandoori roti was good , mutton was mix and two different taste so please donot scam in this thats not Good for health and good parking place
