The staff was incredibly unprofessional. Guests were left waiting for food and no one was around to assist with basic requests. Totally ruined the flow of our event. The event manager kept changing our arrangements without consulting us. Nothing was prepared according to our plan, and it was chaotic from start to finish....

I think this is the worst place in Ara . Staff behaviour is very rude even manger of this place is full of arrogance. They don't give you a single minute extra after your booking time . So please think twice before considering this resort .

I don't like there service and they way all talk employed are very rubbish and there is no any safty in here...
Personally I don't like this place just because of staff and manager's behaviour.
Bad behaviour of staff ,very poor management,extremely dirty space,bad quality food .All in all very bad experience here
