Too expensive. 2000/inr for a room for single day.

Very Bad experience. Rude reception staff behaviour using slang . They don't care for customers need. Room full of mosquito,like never cleaned after use , dirty linen . Specially reception men on duty very arrogant . 3rd class hotel . Real experience during Exam time . No attendent available during night time. White bed sheet never washed . This Hotel is shame for Ara and Shame for Owner of this hotel . Only reception area is beautiful whereas Rooms really Narak . Bathroom not clean. Better to stay on railway paltform. They charge high and don't give any facility. Kindly avoid this property. Owner should change the reception men behave like Gunda. Talking rudely and not available in reception during night time . Not recommended.

Very bad quality never go in this restaurant very bad service and very bad it doesn't work even that well

This place is good for functions arrange ment like marriage or engagement, birthday party ceremony or others ceremony. A function Hall is here that is big but not for more than 100 people. Good arrangements are done here with quality food serve. Good starter are also served here. Rooms are good here with fine beds. A/C are available here with room delivery food orders Wi fi service is also good here you have to choose from many networks. A free wifi is also available at reception. Receptionist Is also good. Rozz aana restaurant is also available her. It serves good foood. Starter main course and fine desserts are attraction of this place. Nice hotel but not best. Because of its substitute.

It was an okay experience. Looks like an international hotel but service is not upto mark. Hospitality and management are not so good. I couldn't know why it's an international hotel. Lift is outdated and rooms were not clean. Beds were dirty. For low budget in arrah area, it will be a better choice to stay but with having good budget in hand, just drop to stay here.

After reaching hotel ,they provide me a room were ac was not working properly, inspite of all the rooms were vaccant they had provided me the last room of their hotel inspite of lift was non operational. They told me that in lockdown we won't entertain guest but as I had booked online hence they were bound to give me a room. Their restaurant was also non operational so for food everytime I had to go outside. Even TV was also not working. Electricity was a major issue with this hotel in one day almost 8 hours I had lived without electricity. So from my side a big no for this hotel, pathetic experience.

MR TRAVELLER AVI : Every thing need to change , really dont know why this business is running and what is the benefits they are getting, They must know what the public needs , suddenly staff with no standard comes , price high, COFFEE is also on high price , i know the owner too but they what can do , they pay there staff to grow and staffs were still sleeping and looting owner only this is the mentality of bihar workers and managers , Owner should take competitive action and grow there business in suddenly way after wards they can increase more price first collect customers , dont add v mart rent to rain international i suggest and i ll pray because i know the situation happens during covid

Worst experience,no light in room, bathroom dirty,charging socket came out.. infact complementary mineral water is tap water i.e unsealed bottle... No response from concern authority. Egoistic manager. Either u take it or will give it to other.. in common language, "lena hai to lo wrna bhar Mai jao kisi aur ko de dunga". Lastly unhygienic food
