Good hotel and also good staff behaviour although you have to give some tip to hotel staff otherwise you will suffer a lot.

The staff was uncooperative, the room floor, bed sheet & washroom was very dirty, too small. It felt suffocating. Never go there.

Basically a "tthiik-tthaak" kind of a hotel at a walking distance from Ara Junction Railway Station. Room was clean with acceptable level of hygiene. The staricase leading to the rooms and to the reception at the first floor are "kaam claauu" / I stayed at an air conditioned room at the first floor, for which I had to pay 1200 per night. An air conditioned room was available at one of the upper floors as well for 1000, which lacked aesthetics and hygiene. If nice and clean air conditioned room is what you are looking for, I would recommend booking one at the first floor itself. One negative thing I would like to bring to your notice is - one of the two managers (or rather, receptionist) was "ghottaalebaaj" kind of a person; the one who bring a bad name to the state of Bihar; who told me during checkout that "bil 999 ruupiyaa kaa milegaa aapko", even when I already made an advance payment of 1200. Probably he was in a mood to transfer the rest of the money to his own pocket. Had to argue a lot with him during checkout for a genuine bill of 1200.

Rooms are spacious main road property near station and very less rates

Bed was so dirty and fan is not working.....Hotel staff is a fraud ....he gave me a non AC room in 1500....and 200 extra as a tip....
