Very unprofessional staffs, they will judge you on the basis of your clothes, looks and how rich you are. Then their behaviour will be changed. Coming to food quality, it's a hype. Not justifying the price. Even quality, and taste was not as expected.

The food in their restaurant is very bad. They also get one star reviews based on the quality of their food.

Service quality good but test not good Please chek

Well known restaurant of Ara. We ordered 10 rotis but they provided 5 and after finishing all the five we have to wait for 20 mins for rest of the rotis. This is a huge wait. Also only provide packaged water, no normal water available or water purifier water. No glass is provided until you ask. At least they should provide normal water too and leave it to the customer that they want packaged water or not. Food was ok. Tandoori roti was tight. No salt in aloo jeera. Paneer do pyaza was better.

Hotel Ara Grand is good for food and services... The marriage hall at second floor is good enough for 200 people's.... The hotel is equipped with a lift... The food taste was very good and the hotel staff was also very good... Hotel rooms was also very clean and big enough as per the cost... No bad smells... totally the hotel is good... Only one issue was faced that is parking...

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's quality and service. The location was convenient, the rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the service was exceptional. It is in the East of Ara Ramna maidan Road.it is also infront of Right side M M Mahila college Ara Good Hotel & Better service But expensive.
