Visited restaurants several times since it's opening, every time I satisfied with the services provided. All staffs are humble and serve properly, No any problem faced yet. The quality of food is very good and tasty.

Worst service and disappointing management and staff behaviour is very bad and rude...

My hotel stay was marred by unprofessional and rude staff who didn't knock when entering the room for room service. During our research trip to Rohtas, our principal investigator from the USA experienced the same issue, emphasizing the lack of courtesy, especially as a lady. Requesting room service for tea pockets was denied, and the wired wifi, incompatible with phones, proved inconvenient. The outdated ambiance and cleanliness issues were disappointing. Priced at 3k with GST, it exceeded more satisfactory options. Overall, the stay was subpar and not worth the expense.

*Worst services *Food was very bad quality *Only Puri bhaji and chhole bhature is available in breakfast wich is very bad, cooking oil is very bad, it is back. *Room is not good toilet seats are broken condition *Mattress are not good * If any one are going there please confirm all the things which is written by hotel, no complimentary services are available, even breakfast. *Cost is very high according to this hotel and their services. * So please confirm everything then book this hotel.

I stayed for one day in their suit on 4th floor. It was neat and clean, well organised. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous, specially mr. Harshit, who had instant solution to every problem. The only lacking was no wi fi in room and in spite of an electric kettle being there in room, no tea/ coffee making arrangement. However, i was provided with the same on request. They also had cabs for out station travel. Breakfast was served in room itself, which was quite tasty. Overall, good hotel, worth staying, centrally located, good ac with ready to help staff.
