Excellent hotel. Good rooms. Very good service. Fine food. Clean swimming pool.Brekfast not great. TV was not working. WiFI not good.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Food was good. Only the location seemed far off.

Was a group tour, so this hotel was booked by the Tour Operator. Frank feedback as follows: Would rate this hotel 2 stars at best; a very sub standard hotel. Staff v poorly trained, not courteous, no smile, and do not follow up on complaints (eg non working room ac). A staff member (think it was the lady from Reception) enters my room with her master key "by mistake" whilst I was inside!! Bath tub suprisingly has no shower curtain!!, so lots of water spills on floor, making bathroom floor slippery, & there's no clasp bar for safety. Swimming pool is 7 feet at deep end, yet no life guard / pool attendant around. Worse still, no pool edge markings indicating pool depth, as is mandatory. No pool lighting even when it's dark, so a dangerous combination. Buffet breakfast & meals are sub standard. Suggest avoid this hotel.

The rooms at this hotel were well-designed, and the decor was impressive, but unfortunately, that's where the positive aspects ended. Several issues left us feeling disappointed, especially considering this is supposed to be a 4-star property.||||To start, the Wi-Fi was incredibly poor, making it nearly impossible to connect and use the internet, which was a huge inconvenience during our stay. In addition to the internet problems, the TV service was equally terrible, with weak signals that made watching anything a frustrating experience. It felt ridiculous that both basic amenities like the internet and TV were practically unusable.||||The breakfast menu was average at best, lacking variety and quality for a hotel of this standard. On top of that, the overall food menu was quite underwhelming and shockingly expensive, making dining at the hotel feel like a poor investment.||||Another frustration was that they only provided a single complimentary water bottle upon arrival, and any additional bottles came at an extra cost. It's disappointing and strange to experience this at a 4-star hotel.||||Furthermore, the lack of basic bathroom amenities, like dental kits and other essential supplies, fell short of the expected standard. For a hotel that claims to be a 4-star property, the overall experience was lacking in ways that made our stay uncomfortable and not worth the price.

The rooms and decor were quite good, but there were several disappointments. Worst experience at the hotel. Rooms aren't very clean. No proper response from the staff. More importantly there is no HOT WATER at all. I would never recommend this hotel. They have cats roaming around the common areas. Overall I would rate it as one star.

Had a very pleasant stay...in fact thought of staying more days due to our itinerary we had to leave for our next destination

Booked through make my trip. Rooms are quite large n beautiful , bathrooms large. No dental kit n slippers. but 101 is just infront of the common toilet in the lobby area which dampened the Air. It was bit smelly in the corridor from toilet. |Breakfast was highly overpriced n spread was minimal. |Rooms are much better than any average indian four star but that ends there as maintenance is lacking. Hotel has many secret doors like Harry Potter Hogwarts!! One in our bathroom too |. Location is beautiful. Staff are very very polite n helpful .
