Peling Resort

Best stay with my friends. Love the view from this hotel. Delicious food, helpful staffs, clean and well maintained rooms.Overall experience was really good. Would recommend it to all the travelers. For any queries, get in touch with the manager before your trip. she helps with everything :)

Location:||Overlooking a hill and far away from the town. You need to have all permit in place.Place is getting dated and will need renovation soon.||||Rooms:||Average. Clean Bathrooms but the interior are average and they are getting dated. Not too many guest could be one reason.||||Service: ||Nothing much to complain. The staff may need more training.||||Food:||Had dinner and Breakfast. Food was average

We stayed at Peling resorts twice in our journey in Bhutan once while we were going up and another while coming back. Both times we had a great experience. The location, the view, the staff, the service, food everything is great. It's a very nice cozy hotel to begin and end your journey at. Couldn't be more happier. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others.|Cheers!

We reached Phuentsholing on 14th of October 2018. The person present in the counter had no clue and started calling here and there to confirm our booking status. We produced a copy of our booking slip and still they did not have any clue. After a bit of an ordeal our booking was confirmed and they allotted us two rooms 603 and 604. The rooms were good to look at and clean but then another ordeal began. The AC in 603 was not working and several person came one after the other and still could not fix it. After about 3 hours they had no other alternative but to change our room.||The story with room 604 was also horrible. The geyser did not work and nor did the flush. When I tried to call the reception through the intercom I found out that the intercom did not work either. So I went to the reception area to tell them about it. After about 15 minutes someone came to check the problem. He then sent two guy to fix the geyser and the flush of my toilet but the phone could not be fixed at all. ||Food was mediocre and nothing to write home about. The location of the hotel was also a bit inconvenient since it was far away from the city centre. We were travelling by our own car so had no issues. But others who do not have their own vehicle better watch out. ||Overall experience was nothing good but very average.

The hotel located at a hill top offers the scenic view of Jaigaon/Phuntsholing. The rooms are clean, sunny and spacious. One can relax outside after a long road journey. The hotel staff is polite and professional.

We experienced a great service from the whole staff of this hotel. We were treated with a great care here. Dinner and breakfast was so good.Specially the reception staff and all members were supportive. We recommend this hotel in Phuintsholing, Bhutan.

It's a cute place situated in phuntsholing, away from the hustle bustle of the town. The staff is absolutely adorable..sincere. The service is good. The good was awesome. One must try the mushroom datshi and red rice, and the chicken chilli was also great!! They even pack breakfast for you if you have to leave hotel early.

Amenities were originally good, but, the irresponsible staff has damaged the image of this resort due to lack of maintenance and lack of willingness to serve. Few experiences on 20th and 21st May 2018: 1. We needed to carry our luggage to second floor, 2. Extra towel was denied, when insisted to see manager, towel was given. 3. Cupboard sliding glass door was not easily opening, inside was full of dust. 4. TV remote batteries were exhausted. 5. In relative's room intercom phone was not working, Corner bathroom glass was dismantled posing safety risk. 6. House keeping girls observed to be doing timepass on 2nd floor all the time. 7. One wheel of my relative's new bag was totally damaged when taking the bag down from the stairs by the luggage girl. I hope management reading this review may take corrective actions with staff training, to make this hotel a better place. Amenities are really good, just need maintenance and willing to serve staff.
