Park Hotel Bhutan (Phuntsholing)

Very worst, not safe. If you stay here you will lose your valuables. We stayed there on 6th May 2025. The hotel staff stole my son's apple airports. The hotel manager confirmed that one of the hotel staff is residing there, where the find my device shows a location. But the manager didn't bother to recover the device. We tried our best but we couldn't recover it. Moreover the hotel is a lodge kind, there are cockroaches in the rooms. Our reservation was for a twin room, but they gave us an extra bed instead. There are good hotels nearby. If any packages give you this hotel, please do not accept.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and it was one of my best stays till date. The hotel manager Ms. Phub is an amazing person and very welcoming. She is a thorough professional and knows how to deal with her customers. When I went there the room I opted for was sold and she upgraded my room to premium with front facing window. The hotel is walking distance from the immigration gate and in market area so you need not have to bother about food or other shopping. The hotel is super clean and highly recommended.

They ( steal ) cheap Worst hotel! I've beeen to many countries and they stole my valuable assets and I had a tracker on it and it showed me exactly the location where and all it traveled to the employees and receptionist who let her steal even after I told my valuables were missing and I told her ! So they do steal and do avoid these types of cheap hotels if u want to enjoy your vacation worst ! People with worst attitude didn't even bother to take my call after stealing my property that receptionist!!!!!!! I'll for sure make a complain on her and the hotel .

the overall experience in the hotel was good... after a 5 day trip in bhutan i was thriving for indian food and the hotel's expertise in indian cuisines was very good...service was great...rooms were neatly maintained but kind of old fashioned..we stayed in a premium room and my toddler had a great time at the hotel...if you are travelling with family and looking for indian food this is the place you go...

The hotel is located in a very nice place. The market and the temple are just outside the hotel. Their service is too good and the staff is also very polite. Never thought that this kind of service will be available at such a low price. One should definitely plan their stay here if they intend to travel to Bhutan.

Great staff, clean rooms. Very accessible. Closer to the immigration office, and you have a lot of shops around. Overall, great experience.

We had a 2 nights stay here while travelling to Thimphu and were recommended this hotel by Ren Tours and Travels. I had already checked out a few hotels around Phuentsholing, but Park Hotel seemed to be a very good deal for the price and quality they were offering and they did not disappoint. ||The staff were very friendly and I had wonderful conversations with Miss Phub, the manager who was always busy and handling multiple things. She and the staff were very friendly and also always smiling and helpful. ||The stay was comfortable and the best part was that the hotel was right in the heart of the town and also near the entry point from the Indian entry side of Jaigoan. Another highlight was the restaurant and the quality as well as quantity of food that was served. ||Thankyou Park Hotel. Hope to visit again next time :)

Only location was the good point other than everything was not worth it. I am attaching here some photos, it will be clear for every one. The room was smelly, Towels were not clean, had lot of stain. In the toilet, water flow was very slow, and also water is coming out from the bath area. There was no refridgerator but according to there website they were suppose to provide refrigerator. For TV, they had only one plug for set-top box not for the screen (the wire of the television was hanging strangely). Also they don't had dinner options, they were selling buffet with 660 Nu but that was also not good. they don't have ala carte option which was really rude for a 3-star hotel (excuse was that one chef was not available). And one more thing, in the door they didn't have any interlock system, you always have to take off your key from main connection to close the door (I have experienced first time this kind of system). In the reception, the lady was also rude. We were in Bhutan for 5days, but the last day was not satisfying at all. Only the breakfast was okay. It was really a bad experience on that last day. Not recommended at all.
