Selim Resort has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities, their all the spacious suites, which were decorated beautifully, room rates are reasonable, too. Its based around the beautiful Tea belt area and the natural view from this resort was simply stunning. I recommended to others visit once and get comfort

Just amazing. We went there last week for first time. It was a amazing trip. Room,bathroom, pool, staff, receptionists everything was so good. Especially the roof view was so significant, just wow! Housekeeping, Receptionists were so friendly. we are coming here again very soon

The room was disgustingly dirty--stained sheets, mold in the bathroom, and a foul smell. When we complained, the staff was dismissive and unapologetic. They refused to change our room and acted like we were inconveniencing them. The pool was murky, and the whole place felt neglected. Worst of all, management ignored our concerns. Never again!

The service was worst. My friend lost his phone and moneybag from his room. We complained to the authority. There was no cc camera in 2nd and 3rd floor as well. The complementary breakfast was not as expected. Pool was not clean.

Too far from the city and service quality is too poor. Didn't get toothpaste and brush next morning. This was not expected. Paid around 3k for a night but didn't get service 1.5k. I am not staying here anymore. And I'll not recommend anyone to chose this so called resort.

Worst experience ever. Food quality was not good at all Room service was also bad I will never travel to this resort again.

They don't have a swimming pool, they have a pond where water is green and dirty. They should clean the water and also need to learn from other resort how to take care of a swimming pool.

I was really disappointed about their service. I have to ask several time for hand wash, shower shop, towel and other sanitary stuff where these should be available while checked in. Note that we have checked in at 6.30 PM. So, just imagine how irresponsible they are! I am not gonna recommend this resort. You are trying to offer budget friendly resort that doesn't mean you guys should be irresponsible at the same time. Be responsible to your service. You guys not even deserve 1 star be honest.
