Extremely Disappointing Stay - Would Strongly Recommend Avoiding I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in a queen room, with breakfast supposedly included in the price. However, breakfast was only provided on one day. For the remaining days, the staff casually claimed they "forgot," which was both unprofessional and unacceptable. The condition of the room was appalling. The bedsheets were stained and clearly not properly cleaned. The washroom lacked basic amenities like towel racks or even a place to hang clothes. The microwave was non-functional, and several electrical sockets were faulty, creating both inconvenience and safety concerns. Despite complimentary items like water bottles being listed, I had to repeatedly ask for them, along with basic services. The level of negligence was shocking. The room itself was infested with cockroaches and ants. I had to personally request insect spray from housekeeping and deal with the problem myself--something no guest should ever have to do. Even after raising these issues multiple times, the management flatly refused to change my room or offer any meaningful solution. All I received were hollow apologies with no action taken. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was their so-called mandatory pick-up and drop-off policy. Regardless of your preference, you are forced to use their service. The drop-off is at the main road, and you are not allowed to use rickshaws or other transport to enter the property. This arrangement was highly inconvenient and poorly thought out. I stayed with my wife, and our experience was nothing short of terrible. The only reason we chose this hotel was its proximity to Sector 12, but in hindsight, almost any other option in the same price range would have been a better choice. As someone from the hotel management profession, I can confidently say that even a junior staff member at a well-run property would do a better job than the team managing this place. It makes me seriously question whether they even understand the basics of hospitality. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The state of the room was terrible. The bed linens were obviously not cleaned properly because they were discolored. Basic facilities like towel racks and even a place to hang clothing were absent from the restroom. A number of electrical outlets were broken, and the microwave was broken, which was inconvenient and dangerous.

The service and food were really good which was the only part that I liked. The mattresses had stains and the owner was reluctant to change it. The TV was broken.

I had a some business tasks in Dhaka city. i booked rooms online and they promptly answered my queries. they were very sincere to support us. Neat and clean floors building. we office collegues were happy. But we did not found any signage outside. Anyway all together they are fine.
