West Park Inn

The hotel was very nice. The room was spacious, clean and cosy provided with modern amenities like air conditioner, refrigerator, geyser, wall television and intercom. The staff members are cordial and punctual regarding their service. The hotel is located at a convenient place and at a quiet place, which is rare in a busy city like Dhaka. The complimentary breakfast should have been better. The washroom amenities should be upgraded.

Very doggy. We booked with booking.com.when we entered in the hotel they don't have any reception. Reception doesn't even have any idea about our booking. They take us to the dining area. Take our payment. It was last night so we didn't had much choice. Very unclean room nothing like pictures. Couldn't get sleep because the air condition was so noisy old tv doesn't work. Fare was 7000 something they charge us 810tk Very doggy Avoid

Worseee..! Booked from booking.com. They received us behind the door saying their is something wrong between CEO's. Room was soo messy. Found hair on the bed. Ac was soo noisy could not sleep all night. I would never recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

Disappointed. Looks good online but see attached images of what my room actually looked like. Great service feom staff but overall would not stay there again. Great location though!

Good location, friendly staff, old furnished decorated room but budget friendly... so it's ok I think. Complimentary breakfast average. Food in Hotel Restaurant was not healthy, used much oil in every dishes. I took suite room and single bed was very old and damaged. Bedsheets, pillows cover are dirty looked. Smokey smelled in all over the room. Toilet was large and clean. AC was well functioning. Room accessories and complimentary things were available. I recommend who wants budget friendly hotel in that location.

This is a 1 star at best. Photos must be very old. Hotel has not been maintained. Seems no money has been put back into the place to keep it looking as advertised. This place reminds me of cheap motel on side of freeway in the US. They simply whip down things and call it cleaning. Gross

The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant environment. Behavior and services of authorities are very customer friendly. Highly recommend.
