The Castle Inn & Restaurant

My room was very spacious, ideally situated next to the clean pool and cosy seating areas. Being on the top floor, the air was fresh, the views extensive. The breakfast was perfect for me. But what made my 3 night stay most enjoyable was the friendliness and efficiency of all the staff. I really cannot speak too highly of them.

Booked 3 rooms with Sunny the manager 4 days before arrival only for Sunny to cancel on the morning of arrival. This is an absolute disgrace and shocking service. They have no care for customers and avoid booking unless you wish to be let down last minute.

Above Ok property This is not proper hotel as per my findings. This is 2/3 floor Hotel in residential building with Swimming pool at rooftop. Rooms are average, service is normal as well. This place is good for partying and swimming is only attraction of this property. Bed had normal mattress not as per Hotel standard, and washroom and other things make you feel like normal home. For Food you have balcony at 7th floor, Then at 8th floor and on 9th floor rooftop. Hotel is in middle of society might have difficulty in finding. Overall OK.

Very nice hotel and restaurant,, Very nice Roof top,,with swimming pool

The 69 Hotel & Resurgent is situated road number 6, sector number 9 at Uttara in Dhaka.Just it's a community party centre. Usually there marriage ceremony, yellowest, ifter party, office meeting etc festival are held.It's looks nice.

-no assistance from the staff -bed is broken that I almost fell for nth times -used bottled water (open) -A/C is hot -they put chlorine on the swimming pool at the time where guests are about to swim, it should have been done during night time -not answering phones -no response on the SMS as well This hotel doesn't even deserve even 1 star
