Shinepukur Suites

This hotel is in a good location. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant looks good and the food tastes delicious. Also the breakfast buffet is great, it has a very large choice. However, I find the price per night a bit too much, because the room is pretty small.

I had a dinner a couple of times in the restaurant. The hotel and restaurant are very close to Police Plaza Concorde Shopping Mall. Good food. I had salmon and fillet steak. Both were very tasty. Great service as well. Thank you, Mr Kayes + team !

Their service is horrible. My husband and I went there to spend our anniversary. First, they scammed us with the room. We were promised a lake view room but they gave us a city view room instead. Then they told us it's okay if two of our friends come visit us. But when they came the person at the reception not only didn't let them come to our room but also insulted them. It's okay if it's in their policy but shouldn't they have let us know when we asked first? Horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend anyone!

Staff are lovely and friendly. Everything in the room worked, the traffic noise was loud on the 4th floor. Overall it was an average 3* hotel but personally I don't think that was reflected in the price - especially considering breakfast is fairly poor and many things were not available (it seems there was low occupancy during my stay). Overall, overpriced but generally fine for a short stay. Great staff.

It is a complete sad experience with this hotel after multiple times staying or cumulatively more 60 nights. Finally decided never come back again. You would not believe their young reception boy can ring you up at 12am midnight to tell me I have to shift to another room tomorrow morning, due to a personal negligence of his senior AGM, by giving stupid excuses one after another "Room Maintenance, other guests booked 21 days earlier, some more reputed guest requirement". I can forgive people making mistakes who can admit their mistake frankly after. But never ever forgive someone made mistake and then cheated aiming to cover up their mistakes. Eventually, I refused to shift and made a complain to their AGM. Then situation got more complicated. Seems this AGM very much annoyed by my resistance to be cooperative after his personal negligence. Not picking up my multiple phone calls by saying he was busy elsewhere but immediately answered when his reception boy called. Not agreed to extend checking out for even two hours by claiming guests are waiting for the same room while actually not. Alternatively, told me have to pay half day room rate for two hours as per hotel policy. Without AGM's personal approval, reception cannot help at all. While with AGM's instruction, reception could become even less helpful. More and more evidences showing this AGM is not really caring about the Hotel customer's demand. What cares is absolute control on the reception. What a poor management hotel! Instead of customer oriented, hierarchy matters. Truly sad!!!

Their service is good, well behaved & smiling staff. Entrance, reception, room & hall room are congested. Conference hall situated basement mobile network not available there. The restaurant is very small & congested, the food quality and taste not good.
