Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel, Dhaka

My experience was really good! The hotel is really nice, very comfortable. I recommend it if you intend to come to a western hotel at dhaka. Food is also great, I ate the best salmon in town! Kabir ahmed was really kind through out all my stay! Definetely coming back!

A Truly Wonderful Stay! I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in Dhaka and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable with all modern amenities. I especially loved the beautiful garden view and the peaceful ambiance. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. One of the highlights of my stay was the pool area - a perfect spot to relax after a busy day. The fitness center and spa were also well-maintained and equipped. The location is great - very close to the airport and ideal for both business and leisure travel. Overall, I had a five-star experience and would highly recommend Radisson Blu Water Garden to anyone visiting Dhaka!

Professional|Service. Felt like my home. A wonderful experience from the receptionist to the housekeepers. There is a particular staf, Kabir Ahmedf who is so exceptional in how he attends to travellers. |I will always choose this hotel anytime I am in Dhaka.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport. The garden, swimming pool, and other outdoor areas are well maintained, making it nice for a walk, and the playground is great for kids--perfect for family travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. However, some of the facilities felt a bit outdated, and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, but I did see a cockroach in the breakfast area, which was disappointing. Overall, I understand that this is considered a good hotel by Bangladeshi standards, but from an international traveler's perspective, it's not quite perfect.

The hospitality provided was top notch, especially from Mr. Mahmud. Was queuing for the bill, he noticed and quickly asked for an extra staff to help out as soon as he saw it. He was kind, professional and always smiling. Would definitely visit again.

I recently spent a holiday there with my family, and it was quite the experience. While the rooms are outdated needs improvement. the room service was satisfactory. One highlight was definitely the buffet, which offered a delightful variety of dishes. However, I did feel a bit pressured by the reception staff to leave a glowing review. On the bright side, the location is fantastic--just a stone's throw away from the airport, making travel super convenient!
