Platinum Hotel Ltd

Booked at 3 days in advance at Hotel Heaven Inn. They moved us to this hotel last minute without saying anything. Staffs are rude barging in our room at slightest opportunity. Paid 5000tk for a night and got a moldy bathroom door. Avoid both Platinum and Haven Inn hotels at all cost.

It's not good as their pricing system but it is overall good. Single bed,single room 3500 bdt / 1 night (including breakfast) Soap,brush,towels will give from hotel people. Their room was so good.Breakfast included.Several item in breakfast.Mini buffet breakfast Environment is good. Staff behaviour is also good.

Too Much Bad... Disgusting... Also Boring....

Our first choice was your hotel. However recently We've visited your hotel and the Staff in the front desk was rude. He don't even know how to talk. Charged us more than the regular price. Even we introduced ourself as the oldest customer and tell him about the condition, He didn't even care also suggest us to go another place. If you are the owner just remember, you have lost your regular customer. I will not go there anymore but I want you to know that the men in the front desk is not suitable. He will destroy the reputation of this hotel since you built it from the first day of this hotel. Thank you

wrost experience ever in a hotel. Staffs were rude and unprofessional. Surprising they didn't accept card, excuse was pos machine not working. The room is very tidy & congested. No tissue box, mineral water, hot water, toothbrush, towel etc neccesarries in the room. The soap in washroom is cheap. AC is too noisy for sleeping though the staff said the sound will be gone after 5 minutes, but it remain same. Even the fan make constant noise. Would highly suggest to avoid at any cost.

On arrival, our group of 5 were offered just two double rooms, and my brother was going to be roomed with a random person also requiring single occupancy. We had to argue with them to avoid this, eventually getting a suite (if you can call it that) for 4 of us, and a double room. We couldn't sleep at all because of the mosquitoes - the broken window in the bathroom let them in constantly. The standard of the room was poor but adequate even though the fan speed could not be adjusted, the bathroom floor was constantly soaking wet from the leaking shower, and there were stains on the sheets (some which appear to be dried blood); to name a few of the issues. The paper thin walls/ceilings allowed noise from next door and upstairs. We ordered food (hungry from a long day of travelling) and repeated our order several times, but with nothing written down, less than half of the food we ordered arrived. I would never choose to stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend that it be avoided. They're lucky to have the Biman Airlines contract and are clearly complacent and unattentive because of it. Simple fixes for the hotel: notepads and pens for taking orders, fix the plumbing and windows, AC/fan, provide mosquito nets and use bug spray to reduce mosquitoes in rooms in advance, and finally a much higher standard of cleaning. Posting this at 4:45am thanks to no sleep. May add photos later but would probably prefer to get out of this hotel ASAP instead.

Terrible rooms. There were plenty of mosquitoes that kept on biting my family and specially my poor daughter. The staff was very nice and helpful. The dinner was cold, unhealthy and not fresh. Beds had stains all over the sheets and it was hard to sleep in. The bathroom is the worst part, it was dirty and slippery. We only stayed at that hotel for one night and it was a horrible visit. Why would Biman Airlines accept this hotel. Many of the UK passengers had to suffer with us. Lots of people kept on complaining about the mosquitoes. We stayed in Sylhet for three weeks and there weren't any mosquitoes there, it was lovely. Why didn't the manager even care? Next time take care of your passengers or they will suffer like us. When we came back to the UK, my wife had to take my daughter to the doctor because of the mosquito bites on her face. Please don't go to this hotel or you will suffer.
