Stayed here for a couple of nights in mid-February. A friend and I were in two separate rooms. While it doesn't look like a proper hotel, I felt no notable difference during my short stay. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, the service was efficient, and the food (mainly the breakfast) was pretty decent. One of the main reasons for booking the place was its location, as several great eateries are close by. One of our rooms was a bit congested, but it's probably not a significant issues with single occupancy. Everyone I interacted with, including the people at the reception, the guard, and the housekeeping and restaurant staff, were uniformly helpful and polite. It helped that many of them could converse in English/Hindi. On the whole, I would rate this place as good value for money, as decent hotels in and around Gulshan can get a bit pricey.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and I enjoyed the complimentary fruit and coffee provided. The breakfast was basic but sufficient.Despite Dhaka's usual noise, the hotel was surprisingly quiet with no external disturbances. I stayed during Ramadan, so there might have been fewer activities contributing to the peace.Overall, I liked the hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to Dhaka.

Simply a great place! We stayed here for nearly one week in May. Very central, great and modern rooms, nice food and an excellent service with very good speaking employees! It was also not a problem to storage our luggage while travelling through the country.

I travelled to Dhaka from the UK with my family. We booked the 4 bedroom family suite. My decision to book this hotel was primarily from reading reviews on Tripadvisor, paying attention to, in particular, their European clients. The feedback/review was spot on. This is a delightful hotel - a great location with spacious and clean rooms. The staff are very friendly, helpful and speak excellent English. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Speak to the hotel directly for great offers. Please remember this is not a 5 Star hotel so don't expect the Ritz!

Worth the price! Good rooms, great service, safe, secure and hygienic location. But their restaurant is overpriced for the taste, not worth, recommend to venture outside for dinner or lunch. But the complementary food is good to have, amazing options and great taste.

Excellent service, catered to Westerners. The rooms have the basic necessities, and are good and clean. "Normal" toilets (not the "hole in the ground" that is very common in Bangladesh). The staff are very friendly and hospitable and have a decent level of English. I really appreciated that plenty of free, sealed bottles of drinking water are provided on a daily basis. Also their laundry service is excellent. The only minor inconvenience I can think of was the lack of power outlets in all of the rooms. Each room only had one, so finding a suitable spot to plug in the kettle to make coffee or tea in the room was sometimes a bit tricky. I have stayed here on several occasions, both with my girlfriend and with friends. It should be noted that none of the 6 rooms I have seen had the same size or layout. This was not a problem in any way, but just to indicate your experiences could vary. Overall, definitely value for money and I will/have stayed there again!

The hotel is situated in a great place (Gulshan) of Dhaka... Compared to most of dhaka, this place isn't densely populated and roads are well made.. The hotel rooms are good and the variety of food at the buffet offered by the hotel for breakfast is very good ...
