Memento Int Residence

We have stayed there for a couple of nights. Nothing is good of this hotel! Super dirty and dusty rooms with super old interior. Let me give you an example, we stayed in room 201, when you flash the commode, water will spill or leak under the commode on the floor! Super unhygienic and horrible washroom. All the curtains and bedhead were very dirty and full of dust, plus you will get two pillow for 2 persons which are very low and uncomfortable to use! We have got a single sofa in the room which was very very dirty, do not put anything on it, you will regret instantly. We have asked for another pillow as these were very lower but they replied: "you have got two already, you cannot have another". Super rude room service. We got complimentary breakfast and do not expect more than egg, bread, butter, gelly, vegetables and chwemin. But I agree taste of food was good. Now, parking: the ultimate nightmare, very sloppy, very conjusted, very risky and capacity is: 1. Overall pricy hotel with horrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Service: While the staff was friendly, service quality varied. Limited Amenities: The fitness center was basic, and the breakfast options were limited. In summary, Memento Int Residence offers decent accommodation for travelers on a budget. However, there's room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and service. If you're looking for a no-frills stay, this might be a suitable choice. Please note that this review is based on my personal experience and preference may vary.

It was a very nice hotel very nice guys at the check in very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was very nice but a few choices. my room was spacious had a balcony also and it was very clean. problem when I talked to the check in at the reception one guy keeps stealing at me constantly. I asked him to stop it he just laughed at me and thought it was very funny. The five days I stayed there he gave me dirty looks extremely unprofessional specially I discovered that he was the manager. if you are foreigners I would not recommend of staying at this hotel I don't want anyone to be treated like the way I was. I made this booking on booking com when I write a review on that site next day my booking was cancelled in the fee was for me no show. i've got all the proof that I've stayed there.

This is a *** hotel with available all the facilities. 5.8 km far from the Shahjalal Intl Airport and they have an airport shuttle service. The hotel room was clean and well-decorated but the room service was not as great as the other 3* hotels. Because I had to ask for necessary goods but they should have provided those already. The rooftop is amazingly green with a variety of trees and herbs. Liked that part...

They don't clean rooms daily They provided amenities for 1 person You can't have food inside your room, they won't deliver inside your room and most irritating outside foods are not allowed!

The hotel staff were brilliant. Great hotel. The beds are comfortable and the room is very large. We did not expect such a nice room for the price that we paid! The location is also very quite & peaceful , so altogether we are more than satisfied and positively surprised! We were upgraded to a larger room complimentary.Customer service was excellent. Very professional front desk staff. Lovely clean room. A journey to remember with great (memento) memory .

Hotel located at Uttara very nearer to Dhaka international airport. Comfortable and quite rooms. Offers excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. Friendly manager and staff. Nice for business stay at Dhaka. The hotel road is ideal for early morning walk!

I been in this hotel 3 times with a total of 60 days and I'm going to lodging in this hotel again this week. I'm a sales manager of a Italian company and I use to travel very often in many countries but , this small hotel is very special. There is a new management that is groving day by day and that is listening the suggestion of the customers. Rooms are clean and nice, all the staff is very gentle and recently also the kitchen and restaurant has very good quality. The courtesy of all the staff in a friendly atmosphere make you feel like at home. It's situated in a quiet and safe place with many shops and restaurants less than 100 meter far. It's possible to walk during the night without any problems for security. They have a excellent airport service that I always use. This hotel cannot be compare with big hotel of famous chain, but you will never find the familar and friendy atmosphere like in this hotel.
