Everyone working here is welcoming with true smiles.. Front desk-Proactive and Supportive. Management-Checks frequently about gues comfort. And they support when went with any complaints. Housekeeping-Best I would say. A person staying in hotels worldwide mostly. Food-Delecious and also customizable.

I stayed here with the family. Amazing welcoming feel from the booking process, check-in and check-out. We had four rooms, each one met our personal needs. Rooms are spacious, clean with plenty of amenities. Beds were comfortable, cosy chairs were great to have, washroom with necessary toiletries.|Shout out to Mehedi for making our booking process smooth and checking in on us during our stay. Also to Priyanka, Sagor, Ema, and Prince for attending all our front desk needs. A thank you to Rakib and team for seeing to our local needs.|This has been my third stay, a highly recommended due to excellent hospitality.

Once named Olive Suites, now under new operator and named Lakeshore Heights is a property situated in the posh area of Dhaka City. This time it was a hideout for me on my birthday with couple of friends. The stay was filled with honour and pleasure as I have designed the property. Their services are highly commendable as their amenities. Foods are excellent. All the accommodations we booked were suites of different categories. They are quite specious and absolutely clean. Travellers may consider Lakeshore Heights as their abode during visiting Dhaka that surely assure full satisfaction.
