Hotel West Valley

Overall a decent hotel, although there are some lacking (which is manageable nonetheless) that has been observed. The room is clean, washroom seemed hygienic and overall lighting of the room is quite nice. The staffs are generally friendly, although one staff lacked some decency. The pricing is a bit too high for what they are offering though.

Had an amazing stay at West Valley Dhaka! Saifur Rahman Jabed from Front Desk Executive the was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on his face. His service was excellent. Highly recommend!

A truly professional hotel. From reception to room, everything was planned to help the guests. Room: Not big but adequate. Everything is working and comfy. Geyser, AC, toiletries, towel all good. Restaurant: Delicious meal, enough portion. Healthy cooking, less oil. 24 hour. Service: 100/100 Wifi: working. Price: Great value.

I love this place like a home. Quality food and outstanding services. Accommodation is good. Finally room rent is reseneble and tourists frinedly.

The hotel is fantastic for the price and location. I went there to stay cause i had a meeting with a foreign embassy. The location to diplomatic zone was fairly close. I had one complain that the room was too small. The furniture is a bit old type but it was neat and clean. The staff and managers were very friendly.

Their service very well, Saifur very wonderful guy. I am very happy for his excellent guest service.
