Hotel Seven Star (Residential)

Those rooms are very small tiny and dirty. The washroom is also dirty. There are no flash buttons and sandals in the washroom. The manager and room service behaviour are very bad. And talk to disgusting language. Even though there were two of us, they only gave us one room with a single bed, even though I had booked the room over the phone before arriving. I reviewed this hotel very very badly. I never recommend this hotel for students or couples else.

This hotel is good for mid range peoples....Their behaviour was formal polite. You can go with your family, friends or others.. Normal room- 1000/- Vip double room- 1800/- Vip triple room- 2400/- All the best!

How funny! Now they are saying I wasn't there & theres no option to reply I attached the booking.com confirmation in photos.They showed us 3 rooms.Every rooms were messy and dirty.After confirming one of them I requested the staff to clean the room and leave away for work.When I came back I asked the staff did he cleaned it? He replied affirmative but the room was the same as I saw before leaving. Then I again asked the same question and he replied the same way like before even he was there looking at the dirts. :) The front desk gentleman was extremely friendly and responsible, actively addressing any feedback or providing information. The owner also received me warmly and allowed me to check out late for my night bus and offered assistance beyond hotel services. The budget single room was small but equipped with a bathroom and a desk, sufficient for one person. The street facing the building was noisy, but inside the room (not facing the street) it was generally quiet, occasionally hearing distant honking. Located in Old Dhaka, transportation and dining were convenient, close to nearby attractions. The street downstairs was lively yet safe, and the price was very budget-friendly, perfect for budget travelers. I stayed for around four to five nights. Considering the price, they also provided toiletries and mineral water, making it quite cost-effective. :( There's room for improvement in cleanliness; some dust was normal. I wasn't sure if the floral bedsheet was clean, but I always prefer to use my own. Taking other factors into consideration, I can accept this, but if cleanliness is your top priority, you might want to consider a hotel with higher ratings.

Not bad.average according to budget.room is between good and average in this budget... service is good... behaviour is good.but location is not good..... gathering area.overall not bad experience. Room rent- 1600 Tips-100

It is a very bad place. You will see and hear. Otherwise, like me, a lot of money can be lost. They try to harass customers with fake reviews.It goes without saying that their service is very bad.
