Hotel Safa Residency

I spent one and a half months in this hotel, and my overall experience was brilliant, the service was extraordinary, staff are very caring and supportive and the room was very clean and tidy. The hotel was only a 10 minute distance from the airport. However, in my opinion they should pay a bit more attention towards the restaurant. Furthermore, a special gratitude towards Mr Gautam Babu for his extra service. I will most definitely come again to this hotel when I return to Bangladesh.

The view from the upper floors will be better.

It has a great location and excellent service, which really stand out. From check-in to checkout, the staff is professional, attentive, and always ready to help, making the experience smooth and pleasant.

I've visited this new hotel with my family to see the food and service. We asked for 1 french fries, some feernis and coffee. Before the order, the restaurant people said each French fries costs 100 Taka. As a result we order one additional plate. When they serve the bill, they charge us 200 taka and they forced us to pay.
