Hotel Nandini

Not 3 star standard. No room service, specially amenities are not replaced or changed everyday. Not even once during my two days stay. Did not do the bed, never wiped or cleaned the room. In my room bathroom was very congested, hardly any room to take a shower. Staffs are well behaved. Internet thru wifi is good and free. Environment is clean and well decorated.

Very good location. Rooms are clean and tidy. Good for a budget stay. Complimentary Breakfast is with limited option.

Terrible Experience at Nandini Hotel Dhaka I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Nandini Hotel Dhaka. I booked a king-size room but was given a queen-size room instead, which was far smaller than the pictures advertised. To make matters worse, they charged me an outrageous $1200 for early check-in, and the room I received was utterly unsatisfactory. The room was cramped, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard I expected. I left the hotel within 20 minutes of checking in due to how unacceptable the accommodations were. Despite this, they refused to refund my money, showing a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. False advertising, poor service, and unethical business practices make it a place to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else.

NOTE FOR FEMALE GUEST Grossly disappointed how the hotel failed to protect customer data. Ever since checked out, my friend was receiving frequent Hi/Hello messages from unknown numbers which eventually could be traced back to the staff member/associates of this hotel. My advice would be not to share female guests' phone number during check in. Big mistake!! If you booked on US$, please make sure the currency conversion is done right when you pay in BDT. I felt they overcharged me on exchange rate. My stay was comfortable. Service was good. Receiption was smooth. Breakfast was ok. Overall I liked the hotel. Ps. If you are sensitive to traffic noises, this hotel is not for you.

Overall it's a very good place to stay. I was there for 4 days and it was very pleasant staying there except from one of their receptionist. His behaviour is really rude and don't know how to behave with customer. They have the tendency to value dress but not person. Management should look into this as for one person they should not risk the overall reputation of a nice hotel.

I had a short stay at Nandini's. I booked it on the go and needed early checking. The staff and manager were helpful to make the accommodations. It is located very centrally between Dhanmondi, Mirpur and other places. Best value for money. The rooftop restaurant was a nice add on to grab a bite as well. Will definitely come back.

Its a wonderful experiences from hotel Nandini. The behaviour of Receptionist, Staff, and also the restaurant staff are fabulous. One of the restaurant staff named ( Shisir Bakali) is a wonderful person. Her serving Style and talkative style are too much good. Room was very much comfortable, and affordable for Anyone. The bedsheets, Washrrom, and the every inchi of the hotel room was very much clean and attractive. I booked the hotel on 21st October, and my room number was 406. Its a quite good room with a good city view. I highly recommend everyone to stay Hotel Nandini to achieve good Experience .
