Good service and reasonable room rent

An apartment building is designed for a hotel. They ought to conduct themselves with more professionalism. The restaurant is small, and the cuisine is of middling quality. But that is not at all a problem. There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. A family or group would do better to live alone.

Excellent service of the staffs. It is also located in good place, just beside the Gulshan Lake. All the necessary transport services available from this place. An ideal place to stay with family, the room services are also satisfactory level. The restaurant food quality also found good.

A hotel near gulshan lake situated in gulshan 2. Environment is okay. Staffs are well behaved. Rooms are good. They have complimentary breakfast for guest but this is not available on check in day. Also some Ac behaves strange,working, not working. Rest is fine.

Nice hotel. Great rooms, my seen decor and smart furnishing. Breakfast spread is tidy, main courses are tasty and wholesome - so overall high value for money proposition.staff is cordial and make one feel at home. Very satisfying experience.

I spent a week at this place. The 1st room that they gave me had a rock hard bed. When I complained they immediately gave me another room. The rooms are very basic and maintenance could have been better but in any case is better than some others I have been to in Dhaka. The restaurant has a limited menu but enough to keep you nourished. If you are a vegetarian then be prepared for a tough time. The concept itself is missing in most of Bangladesh.||The staff however are very helpful and friendly and would go to extremes to take care of any request you put across.

I have lived many months in this hotel (two in 2016 and expecting five months in 2018) and it meets my expectations. The restaurant serves good food, though I generally only eat their breakfast. The staff is very helpful and there are decent restaurants within walking distance. The WiFi is pretty good and the emergency generator works well.

The hotel was average, I stayed here for 15 days was their for business trip.||Food quality was ok, nothing to brag about. Location was near to Amari and Westin.||Ionce had bug in my food, which they agreed to change and didnt charge me for that day Dinner. The staff was helpful though and even though they where not so good at speaking English they managed it well. Pickup vehicle service is average.
