Had a horrible experience with reception. After arriving at the hotel, they made me cancel my booking and then they increased the bill by 1500k. After arguing with them, I told them that I booked it through Booking.com then they gave me booking.com price. Now leaving for airport, they say that they only provide ONE WAY shuttle service which is not mentioned at booking.com website. So the receptionist kept changing their so-called "policy". Now after another argument for about 20mins, finally got my shuttle service. This hotel is a SCAM. STAY AWAY

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I found that the room lacked basic amenities. There were no towels, and no drinking water was provided, which I found very inconvenient. The bed was not cleaned properly, and the washroom was in a similar state - it was not cleaned either. Overall, my experience was very unsatisfactory, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Be aware of scams!! Booked a family suite from booking.com where it mentioned has 3 full beds and was given a room with two beds and they claimed they don't offer 3 beds, later when asked anonymously it was confirmed they do. You'll pay the money during check-in for your expected room but will be surprised to see they'll downgrade you without reducing any price.

We stayed 3 nights in hotel heaven Inn. in January 2024. Their customer service was excellent . All the stuffs were very cordial and helpful. We booked via booking.com. I found the foods were not up to the mark. Every meal was salty. I told the chef not to give too much salt but he didn't care. I think the chef needs to be replaced. They allowed us to bring outside foods as promised in the time of booking. Our shower was not working but upon request the arranged water pot and mug for taking a shower. For the price point, I recommend the customer service and hotel undoubtedly.

Booked here 4 days in advance and received confirmation. When checking in, they moved us to another hotel without prior notice. Scammy behaviour!

Well, It's an average level Room. I think it was an apartment building later converted to Hotel. Lots of Mosquitoes in room

I used three different rooms at this hotel over the course of a week, and each with a wide variety of qualities. Some are very small while another had 3 distinct bedrooms. The wifi is pretty reliable for the area, however each floor has two routers so it's a little bit of work to find the one that is working best at the moment depending on where you're standing. Breakfast was also wide ranging and deteriorated throughout the stay....the first morning was an option between a full English breakfast or a local breakfast. The second and third mornings were a boiled egg and plain (untoasted) white bread. Primary concern of this hotel is the mosquito infiltration. Forever will this hotel be known as the "The mosquito hotel" amongst my friends, so please bring protection. None of my rooms had nets. The location is good, as it's very close to the north side of the airport. There are also a lot of walkable restaurants nearby.

Pay money after you see the room. They are very smart, they will take money as arrival. Very disappointed as per very miscommunication and very disappointing over prices as per their poor room and very uncomfortable bedding. Cannot sleep whole night as bed was very uncomfortable. Contacted with the manager before we arrived but as we told them a room for three persons and also queen bed but they provided me two single bed with very uncomfortable mattress like a hospital bed. Please make sure room looks good before you pay. I will never recommend this place for any of my friends and family.
