Hotel Fountain

I have many fond memories of my stay at this hotel in Dhaka, where I spent some of the best moments of my life. The overall experience was wonderful, and the facilities were excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful. However, I am giving a 4-star rating due to the restaurant service. While the food was delicious, the service was not up to the mark. There were instances where the food was not served on time, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel for its overall quality and the memorable experiences it offers. From India

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in who called it self luxury. Found dirty stained disgusting bed sheets and hair under the comforter . When I called room service they 1st told me it's a laundry wash stain, it clearly was not. After room service finally arrived and showed them then gave me an apology. Only 2 bottles of water were in the room. I called the room service and they told me to call the restaurant but no one picked up. I left to check out and asked for water again and had to wait 25 min for a bottle. The room itself was full of water and other stains. There is a clear indication zero maintenance is practiced in this hotel. Never again will I ever book or stay in this disgusting hotel.

Pictures say a lot. Overpriced based on service and room quality. Most of the rooms are smoking which might be troublesome for some people like senior citizens and nonsmokers. The location is great but the amenities, room conditions, toilet condition and others look below standards.

It's expensive for what it offers. The guys in the reception booth are not welcoming enough or helpful enough. However, the room cleaning and restaurant service providers were friendly. Speaking of restaurant, the free morning breakfast is just a joke. Just paratas and bread with omlete, dal n vegetables. That's it. The good is their rooftop lounge and the cleanliness of the overall hotel. Overall, it's just passable.

This hotel to be avoided like plague. There isn't a single non smoking room in this hotel, every room is strong stench of cigarette. Rooms are extremely dirty, with tons of stains (bed sheet had nasty bodily fluid stains). Bathrooms were super dirty and no towels. I wish I can give this place a negative stars. They dont deserve a single star.

Below average stay. Don't go by seeing their pics. Those are fakes. when I asked them about the pool, the receptionists were laughing. Breakfast was very poor. There was only 1 option and it was the same for all day's stay. So you better look for another hotel. :)
