I had an unpleasant experience during my stay. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable bad smell. The flush in the washroom was not functioning, and despite informing the staff, it was never repaired. The TV remote was also not working, and although they promised to replace it, they never did. The bed sheet had multiple stains and appeared unclean. The service was disappointing--the staff was very polite before payment, but once the rent was paid, their attitude changed completely. They showed little to no concern for complaints and failed to address the issues I raised. The only positive aspect of my stay was the food at their restaurant, which was quite good. However, overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I asked for the food they will keep you two hour later for food. They charge me more yeah I didn't give me that breakfast 7:30

We booked this hotel on booking.com as we had a early flight to catch. Walking in to the hotel there was no one in the reception after waiting for over 10 minutes someone came out no apology nothing. Then we got taken to the room that was booked which looked decent.. as we walked in straight away I noticed two cockroaches running around so when I said no way in hell am I staying in this room with my kids the person showing us said I can show you another room I said ok as we was in a new city with no one we know thought let's check he took us to a really dingy room everything was filthy. infested with cockroaches must of seen 50 within minutes. Terrible place avoid. I said we are not staying here and they did find us another hotel where international passengers stay over. Please before booking this hotel do your research.

Overall a good cozy hotel near Dhaka airport. Price are bit more according to room. Safe for stay . Recent visit ( 28/04/28) now with heaven inn.

Very bad experience ,dirty bed cover,bad smell inside the room. Toilet not clean properly. And very bad things happened with us my wife broker her lack due to lack of light 6 floor there is no light although stairs was dark . Overall we can't see anyone from management to come and try to help us while my wife was injured badly and suffered a lot . Totally Waste of money . Will never visit again this hotel.
