It was a good experience. The servce was fine. There are some complimentary items like breakfast, free haircut, dinner discount etc. Seems warm and friendly service. Room was standard. Nothing special or fancy but works fine and feels standard. Good value for the money.

I needed a place to stay in Dhaka while exploring the city, and location was a key factor. Since most of the sites I wanted to visit were in Old Dhaka, this hotel was a perfect fit, conveniently located and reasonably priced. I booked through Hotels.com and paid on arrival. I wasn't looking for anything fancy, as we spent most of the day out (often stuck in traffic!) visiting various attractions. The rooms were basic and compact but served their purpose. There was a mini-fridge, and hot water was available for showers just had to press a switch about 10 minutes beforehand. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of food and a chef making omelets to order. As a nice bonus, we even received a voucher for a free haircut. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for those looking for a budget-friendly, well-located option in Dhaka.

They ruined my marriage ceremony. We choose buffet package. And food was finished and that was embarrassing moment. And took ling time to refill also some item was not refill. Never book your special day at there. Not recommended. Hate it. I never forget it. Insulting moment.

Stayed here for 13 nights, staff were great and courteous. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Didn't expect service like this, in fact wasn't expecting it either. It is a hidden gem best bang for the buck.

I stayed at Hotel 71 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. When I was booking I didn't know which area would be the best place to stay. I read that the northern suburbs are nicer to stay in, but that appears so if you are living in Dhaka. As I was here for three days I wanted to be near the historical centre.

Worst Service, Mannerless staffs on their iffter buffet. Food was good but after iffter serving dinner all staffs were like vanished no one serving no plate, spoon, glass or water. and worst thing only AC was working over manager desk and all guest were eating in like hell. Worst Buffet in Dhaka

We attended a programme there. The stuff was surprisingly amazing. Without asking they offered assistance. Those employees should be paid millions every month. Those kind of customer services pure rare. I loved this place.
