Gulshan Lake View

Not recommended at all. Room was fine i guess, but the bathroom had a broken door, broken basin(i don't know how it is still holding up), unusable bathtub, had a bucket in the bathtub with non functioning faucet, had to take shower with a bucket and a mug and the shampoo quality was bad, AC and tv had old remotes. The room had a mini fridge but i was unable to connect that, needed a multi plug. As a matter of fact the socket i used to charge my phone, i really had to spend time to make it work so that my charger would stick. The receptionist was unprofessional, hung up the phone on me when i asked him something, just didn't wanna be rude. Breakfast was pretty ordinary. Pricey food. One thing i was impressed with was the dining staff or the room service people were polite and behaved nicely. Bed and the rest were okay i guess. Forgot to take pictures, i should have. Didn't expect a hotel like this in Gulshan area at this price level. Waste of my money!

You get what you pay for. don't keep expectations too high! with this price you may get better but here you pay for the location. room was ok (furniture and electronics wise). environment is not too nasty but any couple that could show their individual ID or passport could get a room. food is toooo expensive. you better order by app. room service, housekeeping, amenities were good.

I got very worse experience in this hotel. Take a triple bed room that was too small to move. Had TV and electric kettle but no plug point . The room is not clean. Bed sheets are also not washed properly. Towels are torn as well as not cleaned. One bed was broken.

At first, we were given a room with mould on the ceiling and my husband had to show what we were on our confirmation and eventually we were moved to another room which was not any better. There were no bed lights, they put a plank under the mattress which I knocked with my knee few times, there was no shower curtain so it floods the bathroom after a shower, breakfast was chapati and watery vegetable curry. We didn't bother with the breakfast as it was awful though it's included in the price. The pictures on line definitely not same in person. Staff were helpful. Will not recommend.

Not good at all. Price is too expensive and hotel quality is bad. They are allowed is smoking inside the room thatway small like smoking.

Very good ambience and everyone's behavior is very good and empathic.

First Thing about the room Bed are so dirty look like they bought it when they start hotel Bussiness after that nothing changes 2nd about the room are so small ,washroom so dirty, no other facilities As per the price you can get most better options on the same area
