My second time staying here. This time my experience of staying here was better than the last time. Nice hotel staffs and professional frontdesk. Pick up service was great. Easy check in. Room was fine with a clean washroom. But they could place the shower-room ceiling parts a bit more properly to give a better feeling during taking shower. Restaurant foods were good.

The room is spacious and clean, the food is good and the staff is very helpful. Overall all is good and will come back to stay here the next time i visit Bangladesh. The staff Munna is very kind and helpful. Thank you for the nice experience, i'm enjoying my stay here

We stayed for one night. The location was great, very close to the airport. Staffs were helpful. The pickup service was okay. I kept the car on waiting since my luggage didn't arrive at the airport. And, the car kept me waiting to take some other guests' extra luggage. The room was okay. Probably we got the worst room of that property! Water heater was leakin. It kept dropping water from the ceiling, making the floor wet. The room door wasn't sealed properly, lights and sounds were coming inside from corridor. According to the desk, the entire property had (has) 12 hair dryers in total, so you might not get one if you need. We couldn't get one at night or not even in the morning.

A best hotel in Uttora, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I would like to highly recommend this hotel for foreigners and Bangladeshi.|I have impressed with the staff of this hotel. Their hospitality is very friendly and nice. One of them is Mr. Munna. He is an excellent person.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel for one week, and it was truly a memorable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The food was good and met my expectations.||What stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by the entire team--front office staff, cleaning crew, restaurant personnel, and even the guards. They went above and beyond their duties to assist me, ensuring my stay was smooth and enjoyable.||I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to JAHID (Gazi Jahidul Islam Alif) for his outstanding support throughout my stay. His warmth, kindness, and dedication made me feel like family rather than a guest. His service is truly commendable, and I am incredibly grateful for his efforts.||Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a top-notch experience.

What went great: - the airport pickup was good. - the staff were professional. - the room was nice and clean. - the bed was comfortable. What can be improved: - water droplets leaked from the ceiling of the bathroom every time the water heater is turned on. - there's a hole in the bottom left corner of the shower. Every time I took a shower, water flowed to the dry side of the bathroom through the hole, causing a mess. When it happened the first time, the staff was quick to clean my bathroom. - communication: The management told I'd get a new room due to the issues mentioned above, but they never followed up. Overall, a great hotel for the price but the bathroom needs some improvement. I'd give it a 3.5 stars for now. Would bump up a star of the issues were addressed.

I was delivered food by an excellent staff mr nawaz Sharif , he helped me choose the food and me ruined the food was very fresh and cooked on site . We had beef biriani and prawn dopiaza with white rice . We was so satisfied and happy with the food . Very good taste and fresh. Thank mr nawaz Sharif for assisting and dropping the food to my room. Also the the staff in the hotel also very kind and helpful . The front desk also very good and helped me sort out a taxi to airport for me . |Good hotel with great staff like nawaz sharif .

Hotel was very nice i extended many times. at the end i stayed almost 2 month here. Service and enviroment is very safe and friendly. Never had any Problems with something. The rooms are comfortable and you have a nice view. Special Thanks to Rabby for the great service and care taking. He managed my time here very good. Always took my wishes and got me a great time in dhaka
