Grand Palace Hotel Dhaka

Best hotel to stay in kakrail as it is in a commercial area. From my personal experience, the rooms were well maintained and gave a luxurious outlook. They also provided clean services. It was decorated splendidly. Their services were top notch as well. They really had good security and reservation service. I think the booking cost is a bit high but really nice to stay for couples and families.

Very comfortable and luxury hotel within budget. Service is good also their breakfast items. The hotel team and staff's are very supportive specially Mr. Mazumder and his team remarkable helpful. Room and amenities are specially for business travelers.

I had the opportunity to stay at Grand Palace Hitel & Resorts in Dhaka for a couple nights. From the beginning to the end, I had a delightful stay. ||The reception lady, Kinaka, was very polite, eloquent, and professional in handling check-in/check-out, and all things guests related. Much better compared to other experiences in Canada and the US. ||Whilst waiting for reception to finish the check-in process, the bellman, Riaz, was very polite and promptly provided me with a beverage which was a pleasant surprise that I did not expect. He also went through everything in the hotel room and made sure I was aware of all the amenities the hotel provided.||I had breakfast by myself and the waiter, Nahid, made my morning more brighter than it already was. He made sure I was comfortable and that the food was satisfactory. He spent time out of his day to converse with me which I appreciated a lot. Attached is a photo of him and I. And I genuinely appreciate the time and thought that Nahid went through for a guest like myself.||Overall, from beginning to end, this hotel provided the best customer service that I have ever received and I travel and stay at many hotels quite often. And the rooms were clean, spacious, and pleasant to stay in.

Had lunch with my friends. Nice experience overall. They claim it's an five star hotel but food prices are not that high. It has a tiny rooftop and a swimming pool. One thing to note that most items on the menu were unavailable to order the day i visited.

Grand Palace is the best hotel in Kakrail! The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the staff is incredibly hospitable, and the overall ambiance is excellent. The location is convenient, making it perfect for both business and leisure stays. Highly recommended!

My hotel is the most beautiful I have seen in Dhaka. The hotel room designs here are very beautiful. Sonargaon category. The swimming pool here is very beautiful. And I am very impressed with the service of the restaurant staff. And the food quality is very good. The prize is also quite reasonable.

Grand Place(Santinagar) is going to a brand in Dhaka very Soon because it's standard, service, tasty and healthy menu of course mentionable. specially their coffee is very excellent and service standard like five star restaurant, we are very happy.

Quite Interesting hotel cleans and smile face staff Mr Nahid & Mr Nayan too kind person this hotel is completely new and very good service provided. The bedroom is amazing too comfortable . Hope all of my friend's like to visit Bangladesh and enjoyed to stay ..
